Patents Week by ULPGC is a pioneering event in Spain that, since 2018, has established itself as the leading meeting point for patents, research, knowledge transfer and technological innovation. Held every two years, each edition brings together researchers, companies, students and professionals to discuss the challenges of industrial and intellectual property and its impact on economic and social development. This year it will be held under the theme of Biotechnology; in parallel, the Biotech Venture Project will connect with local stakeholders and students across the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria campus.
